		<description>So... random people can pitch games to game companies? Or is this generally an in-house sort of thing. It always interests me as to how these things work. 

Can people who have no experience pitch a game and manage to get funding? My first thought would be, &#039;no&#039;, but i guess that sometimes these people do get through...
