EA has also confirmed that it will be hosting a press conference on 20 August at Gamescom 2019. Though there has not been any details about what might be discussed, reports indicate that the company might speak on gaming titles like Battlefield 4, Titan fall and Need for Speed: Rivals.
However, there will be a wide-range of gaming titles that will be available for participants to have a hands-on experience. Gamescom attendees might get a chance to try titles like Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Rayman Legends, Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.
Capcom, publisher of titles like Resident Evil, has also said that it will not be attending Gamescom 2019. DuckTales Remastered, Lost Planet 3 and Deep Down are the only announced titles that are in the works for the company. However it might attend the Tokyo Games Show on 19 September.
Blizzard Entertainment will also be attending the Cologne event and has announced the playable content for the event. Attendees will get to have a hands-on experience on the company’s RPG game Diablo 3. The popular game will be released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 3 September 2019. Attendees can also play World of War craft’s new patch 5.4 and Hearthstone: Heroes of War craft.
